We provided our services through correct lease interpretation and using our extensive dilapidation experience. Thanks to our expert team, the terminal dilapidations claim was reduced by circa £342k before being agreed and a settlement was achieved.

Our team gained an understanding of the lease, demise and all available information, prior to inspecting the demise and reporting on the most economical way to achieve lease compliance.

We managed to save the tenant 74% against the LLs claim. Producing a total saving of circa £230k.
