Acquisition Inspection and Reporting, 2020
Acting for the Frasers Group, we undertook the inspection of a 1930s high profile retail store in Middlesbrough as part of a larger deal consideration for Frasers Group.
Our inspection identified some significant items, which were raised to the legal team within an hour of completing our inspection. This immediate action prevented any delay to the deal and allowed the renegotiation and completion of the transaction.
This particular acquisition, due to its very nature and timing, during a global pandemic, also attracted National media coverage.
Following the swift job, we were left with an extremely pleased client, legal team and vendor.
