Acting for B&M Retail Ltd, we successfully specified, achieved statutory consents, tendered and project managed the creation of numerous new Garden Centres.
Creating a large, useable, outdoor sales space to be sympathetic to the locality, commercially minded and conscious of local planning requirements our team drew on experience and commercial knowledge to deliver these projects on time and under budget.
