RB Surveyors acted as contract administrators on behalf of B&M Retail Ltd, completing a garden centre for their Rotherham store.
We created a detailed specification allowing for a competitive tender process, where Elis Williams Construction Ltd were instructed to undertake the works.
After an 8-week period the garden centre has been completed.
